After the first 30 days, there is an 18-month, prorated warranty (like a car battery). So, for example, if 11 months after your purchase, the EC Cutter stops working properly you will receive 50% of your purchase price as a refund or toward a purchase of any product at MyGoodScissors.com.

Blades will wear with use. Wear will vary with the job they are required to do, so there is no warranty on blades.
